Payments
- Initial deposit of

per person based on double occupancy or

per person based on single occupancy due when making reservation.
- Monthly payments will automatically be charged on the 1st day of each month for October, November and December.
- Final Payment due
December 1, 2024

- Monthly payment plans and all other payments will incur a 3% transaction charge
Deadlines
- Adding extra days must be requested prior to
December 1, 2024
, subject to availability.
- Airline information must be received no later than
January 1, 2025

- If your roommate's name is "TBA" we must receive their name no later than
January 1, 2025

Cancellations
- All deposits/payments are fully REFUNDABLE up to
September 30, 2024
- Cancellations received after
September 30, 2024
will NOT be refunded.
- You may resell your room on your own before
December 1, 2024
and do a name change, however this will incur a $100 per person name change fee. All name changes must be received in writing to [email protected].
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER
January 1, 2025
